First-time Login Instructions

To log into the member's only website for the first time please use your member number and password as indicated below.

Member Number

Primary Members = Numbers Only (ex. 1234)
Spouses/Dependents = Number + Letter (ex.1234A)

Password

Your initial password will be your last name, all lowercase letters (ex. smith).
You will be prompted to create a new password of your own choice on next page.
